2. What FindYourGalley is

FindYourGalley is an information tool. It reads your resume, compares it against a database of business aviation operators and published cabin crew positions, and shows you:

• which operators are most likely to be a fit for your profile
• which published positions match your profile
• what is missing from your resume, and why it matters

3. What FindYourGalley is not

We are not a recruitment agency. We do not represent you to employers. We do not forward your resume. We do not contact operators on your behalf.

We do not guarantee employment. No ranking, score or percentage on this platform is a prediction that you will be hired, interviewed or contacted. A high match score means your profile aligns with what an employer has published. Nothing more.

We are not an employer, and we are not affiliated with the operators listed. Their names, marks and information appear for identification purposes. Their presence on FindYourGalley does not imply any relationship with us or any endorsement of this service.

We do not provide legal or immigration advice. Information about work permits, visas and licences is indicative and may be incomplete or out of date. Immigration rules change frequently and vary by nationality and personal circumstances. Always verify with the relevant authority or a qualified professional before making a decision.

4. Accuracy of the information

Our operator and position data is compiled from public sources and verified periodically. Every position card shows the date it was last verified.

Positions close, requirements change, and websites move. We cannot guarantee that any position shown is still open, that its requirements are current, or that the operator still hires cabin crew.

Always confirm on the operator's own site before applying. Where we link to an operator's website, we do so for your convenience; we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

5. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use FindYourGalley.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

One account per person. Do not share your login credentials.

6. What you upload

You keep all rights to your resume and the information in it.

By uploading it, you give us permission to store it, read it automatically and use it to compute your matches and generate your feedback. We use it for nothing else.

You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Do not upload documents containing other people's personal data.

7. Acceptable use

Do not:

• extract, copy or republish our operator or position database, in whole or in part
• use automated tools to access, scrape or index the service
• create accounts on behalf of other people, or resell access to the service
• attempt to interfere with the security or availability of the platform
• use the service to contact operators in a way that misrepresents your profile

We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these terms.

8. Recruitment fraud

Legitimate employers in this industry do not charge candidates. Several operators listed on FindYourGalley publish official warnings about people impersonating them, advertising fake positions and charging for fake cabin crew training.

If anyone asks you for money at any stage of a recruitment process, treat it as fraud. FindYourGalley will never ask you to pay an employer, an agency or a recruiter, and we have no involvement in any payment between you and any third party.

9. Price

FindYourGalley is currently provided at no cost. We may introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, we will give you clear notice before any charge applies, and you will never be charged without agreeing first.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service. If we discontinue it entirely, we will give you reasonable notice and the opportunity to export your data.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by French law, Kryajet SAS is not liable for:

• decisions you take on the basis of information shown on this platform
• outcomes of any application you make
• inaccuracy or obsolescence of operator or position data
• the content, availability or practices of third-party websites we link to

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under French law.

As a consumer, you retain all rights granted to you by mandatory provisions of French and European consumer law.

12. Ending your use

You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Deletion is permanent.

We may terminate your account if you breach these terms, or if we discontinue the service.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that point means you accept the new terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.

Before going to court, you may contact us at max@kryajet.com to seek an amicable resolution. As a consumer, you may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, without prejudice to the rights you hold as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
